Member Rewards

What is Member Rewards?
Your Member Rewards level is determined by your total non-CD deposit balance or your total loan balance with the credit union, whichever is greater. The combined balances of all the accounts in your household contribute to your level. For example, your childrens' deposit accounts count towards your household's deposit total. All members of the household receive the benefits for that level.

Deposits held in CDs are not included when calculating your Member Rewards level.

Member Rewards Program levels will be based on your household's average daily deposit balance OR total loan balance on the last day of the month, whichever is greater. Deposits held in CDs are not included when calculating your Member Rewards level. Member Rewards Level discounts apply after you've reached the total deposit or total loan balance requirements for each level, or when you are applying for a new product (new mortgages excluded) that would put you into that level. If you are opening a deposit account that will increase your Member Rewards level, you will receive the interest rate that accompanies the higher level. Note: First-mortgage processing fee discounts are based on your level at the time of application.

Space Coast Credit Union reserves the right to alter or terminate any aspect of the Member Rewards Program without advance notice, except as required by law. Members who maintained an Odyssey Checking Account prior to July 31, 1997, will retain all benefits including no minimum balance, no monthly fees and will earn interest on the balance monthly. As of June 1, 2009, balances held in Certificates of Deposit (CDs) will no longer be included when calculating your household's Member Rewards level.
