Before you visit a branch, take a moment to find out what you can do by phone with Express Services!
What is Express Services?
Express Services is a way of providing person- to-person service without visiting a branch, signing in, and waiting. Express Services lets you join the credit union, open accounts, and apply for loans using your home, office, or mobile phone.
Express Services is NOT an automated service. A knowledgeable Associate will work with you by phone to take care of your credit union business in minutes. With Express Services, the average wait time to speak to an Associate is less than 15 seconds, instead of the 30 - 45 minute wait time that was typical under the “traditional” branch service model.
PLEASE NOTE that for all services that are available by phone, service is also provided by phone in a branch. When you visit any of our branches, a Member Service Specialist will walk you to the Express Services phone in that branch. When your call is finished, any needed documents will be printed at the branch, and a Member Service Specialist will work with you to complete your paperwork and answer any questions you may have.
So, to take full advantage of Express service delivery, you may prefer to call from your own phone when and where its convenient to you, and visit a branch after your call only if it is necessary for your transaction. Your Associate will advise you.

What can I do by phone – and when?
The services listed below are available during business hours, which are currently Mon - Fri 8:00am - 6:30pm, Sat 9:00am - 3:00pm:
- Join the credit union
- Open deposit accounts: savings, checking, youth accounts, etc
- Open regular-rate (non "Special") Certificates of Deposit
- Apply for a first mortgage
The services listed below are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week:
- Apply for any consumer loan - vehicle, credit card, savings-secured loans, etc.
- Apply for a home equity loan
Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit are processed through Express Services, so you can apply in minutes over the phone. You can also apply online.
1st mortgages can also be processed through Express Services. If you prefer, you can make an appointment with a Mortgage Loan Officer or apply online.
What can't I do by phone?
- Open special-rate CDs
- Open IRA accounts
- Open business accounts
- Apply for business loans
Do I have to come in to the branch at all?
- For most services, a brief visit is needed for things such as signing documents, or obtaining proof of I.D. or confirmation of address.
- For some services, such as opening a credit card account for an existing member, a visit is not necessary.
Your Express Associate will advise you and, if necessary, schedule an appointment at a branch location convenient to you.
