He could have offered me the lowest rate available for the credit card. I had to ask for the 5.99% rate which I was aware of because I do my banking online. Overall, I am very satisfied with SCCU. My husband and I do all of our banking with you: savings, checking, credit card, debit card, car loan and home equity line of credit. We wouldn't do all of our financial dealings with SCCU if we weren't pleased with the service and integrity of your credit union.

The SCCU phone staff has always been helpful to me. Remind me that getting the new Platinum card immediately canceled my current SCCU Visa card so that my reoccuring credit card charges needed to be addressed and my automatic balance payment of my previous card did not automatically tranfer to my new card.

I really enjoy some of the incentives that Space Coast comes up with in particular the monetary ones. I believe with my auto refinancing I received $150 or something of that nature. If there are more incentives of this nature - let's say for opening of other accounts I would be very interested.

I had a really great experience. I did it over the phone. I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was very nice. At the same time I also was having problems with my debit card because it got demagnetized and then my old SCCU credit card stopped working because they never issued me another card in the mail. I never carry cash I always use one of my cards, so I was a little stressed that I would not have either one of my cards. So, the young man said that he would be able to make my credit card also wrok as a debit card. He also promised that he would send out my information ASAP so that I would get my card in the mail soon. I thought it would be a while before I got it but it really was only 3-4 days, I can't remeber exactly, but it was fast!!! Thanks!!!

In order to keep the customer satisfied, I think it is important to keep the interest at a decent interest rate and do not increase it to an exorbitant rate once the introductory rate is over with. Keep it at a resonable amount. This way people can pay their debt off in a more timely manner.
