Please be aware of the latest Email "phishing" scam made to appear to be sent by CreditUnions.com Inc., Online® Services. Should you receive this Email, DO NOT RESPOND or click on any of the links in the Email. This Email is fraudulent, soliciting recipients for personal information including name, phone, e-mail and credit card information! Neither CreditUnions.com nor its vendor partners are affiliated with this phishing scam.

You have received this email because you or someone had used your account from different locations or you or someone failed to login for several times. For security purposes we are required to open an investigation into this matter and lock your account.

In order to unlock your online account, we require that you confirm some of your online account details. To help speed up this process, please access our website following the link bellow. This way we can complete the verification of your CreditUnions.com Account and have your account unlocked.

Top Fraud Tips
Make sure SCCU has your current contact information, including daytime phone number.  To verify your information, log on to Online Banking.  Click on the “Additional Services” tab.  Open the “Personal Information” box.  Make any updates and submit.
 

NEVER respond to emails or phone calls asking for account numbers or other personal information.

 
Do not put your Social Security or Driver’s License number on your checks.
 
Eliminate personal information from your mailbox by cancelling your paper statements. Log on to Online Banking
 
Always review your monthly statements.  Report any suspicious charges or activity.  View statements online
