Working for a credit union my entire adult life has inevitably led to many conversations with friends and family about finance. Through those conversations I am often shocked to find the number of money savings tips I have come to know through my line of work that others were not aware of. Of the most common; refinancing your vehicle (cars, boats, motorcycles, and RVs) for a lower rate and payment seems to be the biggest hit. I have personally witnessed friends and family save thousands of dollars doing so.
