As a cooperative we want to leverage the collective buying power of our members by linking their individual experiences using ratings and reviews published uncensored throughout our website.
Only members who have used a product or service are surveyed for their feedback. This ensures that you get authentic information to help you make decisions, and SCCU uses that member feedback to improve.
How to Submit a Review
Invitations to submit a review are automatically sent via email after a member uses an SCCU product. In order to ensure you receive an invitation to submit a review, make sure we have a current email address on record for you and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts list. You can update your email at any time within Online Banking, by calling the Member Service Center, or by visiting any branch. Click here to veiw an example an emailed invitation to submit a review.
