1. How do I activate my new SCCU card?

You can activate your card by reaching out to us at 888-314-6005 or through Manage Cards within Online Banking or the SCCU App.

2. How do I turn my SCCU card on or off?

Toggle your card OFF/ON in Manage Cards anytime.

3. What are real-time fraud alerts and how do they work?

Our 2Way Text Fraud Alerts notify you immediately if suspicious activity is detected on your card. You can reply YES to confirm the transaction or NO to report fraud. This allows us to act quickly to protect your account.

4. How do I replace a lost, stolen, or damaged card?

Immediately call us at 888-447-7228, visit any of our branches or send a secure message in Online Banking. You can access Manage Cards within Mobile or Online Banking to turn cards off/on to prevent additional transactions from occurring.

If you have recurring transactions, they’ll still post to your account.

5. What should I do if I suspect fraud on my SCCU card?

Log in to Online or Mobile Banking to turn your card off in Manage Cards and reach out to us at 888-447-7228 right away so we can review your account.
