1. Automatic Payment Checklist:
List all automatic payments that will need to be transferred to your new SCCU account. Stop writing checks from your old account. Open Form
2. Reconciliation Worksheet:
Use to balance your checkbook and verify there are no outstanding checks left to clear. Open Form
3. Direct Deposit Change Form:
Complete to transfer all sources of direct deposit to your SCCU account. While most direct deposits can be changed in online banking or by phone, paper change forms are included in the kit for your convenience. Open Form

4. Automatic Payment Change Form:
Update all automatic payments that are listed on your automatic payment checklist and send to the source of billing. Remember to include any automatic payments set up using your debit card. Complete for each automatic payment being transferred from your old account. Open Form

5. Account Closure Request:
Once all information has been updated, complete to close out your previous financial institution’s account and to have all outstanding funds sent to you. Open Form
