Loan Payment Options
Mobile Wallet Loan Payments: Add your SCCU Home Loan to your Apple Wallet app or Google Pay app (GPay), and make one-time loan payments securely and conveniently through your mobile wallet.
Pay by Phone: Call (800) 447-7228 and follow the prompts. You will need your member and loan number to make a payment.
Pay at an SCCU Branch: To locate your nearest branch, please visit SCCU.com/Locations.

All partial payments received will be held in a separate suspense account until we receive the full payment. We will then apply the total amount to your mortgage. Please keep in mind if there are fees or past amounts owed on your loan, we will collect those from your payment first.
You can access your eStatement through Online Banking by clicking on the 'View Statements and Notices' tab under Quick Links.
An email notification will be sent to your email address we have on file letting you know when your eStatement is available each month.
If you prefer to receive your statement by mail, you may choose to opt-out of eStatements by following the three steps below:
- Log into Online Banking
- Click on your name at the top of Online Banking
- Choose Profile, then select Statement Preference
Important Escrow Reminders
If your taxes and insurance payments are included in your mortgage payment (escrowed), then we have informed your insurance agent to send your invoices to SCCU for payment. We will also pay your property taxes annually, and all payments will go directly to your county tax collector's office.
Annual changes to your monthly payments are necessary to cover increases or decreases in your homeowner's insurance and property taxes. That's why an annual escrow analysis is performed to determine if your monthly escrow payment needs to be adjusted.
You will receive an Escrow Analysis Statement providing you a breakdown of the analysis and your new payment amount. If your payment changes, the new payment will take effect within two months of the statement date.
SCCU has been added as a lienholder to your homeowner's insurance policy. If you decide to change insurance agents or have a policy adjustment, please contact a Team Member so we can make proper updates to your account.
