From your initial search, to determining how much house you can qualify for, and all the details in between, we want to be your trusted first point of contact.  SCCU’s recently introduced HomeAdvantage Program includes a set of remarkable tools that helps us accomplish this. HomeAdvantage allows us to leverage the combination of the existing online resources available on our Home Buying Center with the wide-ranging resources provided by our HomeAdvantage Program. These tools help us facilitate and enhance our members’ overall home buying experience. Additionally, this program enables members to become fully educated while being assisted by professionals from first point of contact all the way to the realization of their dream of homeownership.
 
Not only will the HomeAdvantage program make shopping for your dream home a more pleasant experience; members who use the program receive a cash rebate that can be applied towards the closing costs or paid after closing. Rebates are based upon the sale price and amount of the Realtor’s commission. Sellers can also receive a rebate when working with a HomeAdvantage Realtor.
 
Another significant benefit of this new program is the ability to leverage our relationship with the well-qualified Realtors to assist quickly and attentively throughout the home buying or selling process. Realtors involved in the program are hand-picked and evaluated on a consistent basis. They serve as half of our consultation team, alongside your Express Associate. We know your time is valuable, and as such, we work hand-in-hand to provide you the service and speed you expect.
 
While the Realtors provide an advantage, the resources available to members through the program are equally as beneficial. Our online home search function provides access to a detailed search of home listings and in-depth information on neighborhoods, schools and demographics.

The HomeAdvantage program, along with its features and benefits, is available to you through a joint relationship between your credit union and CU Realty Services. In order to earn a rebate, buyers and sellers must use one of the real estate agents in the approved HomeAdvantage agent network.
